A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.Payment can be made via online banking, credit/debit card, or other methods as outlined on our website.Final payment must be made prior to departure, as per the deadlines provided at booking. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by the client must be received in writing and may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the timing and nature of the booking.Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms set at the time of booking, and may not include non-refundable deposits or any costs incurred by Travelbee Tours.Travelbee Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or alternative options.

4. Itinerary Changes and Travel Conditions

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen factors. Travelbee Tours will make every effort to provide similar alternatives when possible.Travelbee Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political issues, or public health concerns.

5. Liability and Insurance

Travelbee Tours acts solely as an intermediary for hotels, transport providers, and other travel-related services. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from these services.We strongly recommend that all

clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, personal accident, and cancellation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and permits. Any failure to do so resulting in missed travel will be the client’s responsibility.All clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards local communities and follow the rules and regulations of destinations visited.

8. Governing Law
